The SIGMA THETA MU Association was founded at the 25th Annual International Symposium of the International Council on Systems Engineering. It was established by the Founding Board to mark in a fitting manner those who have conferred honor upon their Alma Mater by distinguished scholarship in the study of systems or the field of systems engineering.
